"Arrived 8:15p paid for 2 pizza 2 drinks..I don’t drink soft drinks, I saw they had tea when I ordered, and b4 I could get to fountain they had poured it out!! Stood there for 15 mins b4 anyone even made pizza bc they were too busy closing up! If u close @9pm..u close at 9pm..not 8:15p!!! Then girl was in such hurry to clean up and get out of there, she didn’t even read order correctly!!…. I just wonder if franchise encourages this type of customer service or if this is the work of teenagers…"

"I’m so glad we got a lit pizza in town the pizzas are pretty good. They have a decent list of toppings that are always fresh. If you haven’t had gorgonzola cheese highly recommend absolutely delicious. I would just say order online for in store pickup because they’re usually really busy and only have 2-3 people working so it can take a while. Regardless, they usually hook it up and the pizzas are really filling."

"Redemption on 2nd Visit - 8/9/2021 CALZONE = WOW!! Like I said in my previous rant, good ingredients makes for a great eating experience. I had the Carne Calzone and at first I was very concerned about it coming out too dry (did not look like they added any sauce inside)however, instead it came out too tasty to care. Really, I was very amazed at how well it played out with the cup of marinara on the side to dip or drizzle. I would recommend a few more ounces to drizzle over the top and still have enough to dip. Ok, well, maybe 2 cups of marinara are needed (it was really good sauce). Either way, simple tomato marinara that is not too sweet, not very acidic, well balanced. Paired this meal with the Caprese Salad, that had this very subtle Balsamic that allowed the Ovalini, and Basil Chiffanade delightfully dance with the tomatoe, onions and baby greens. A little salt and pepper and it was heavenly by itself. Perfect amount on everything on this salad. Lastly, the lemonade. I could not help, but to have all three flavors of this delightful nectar. Flavor of choice included: Blood Orange, Pomegranate and Original. My pick, would be the blood orange, which given the meal as a whole was almost reminiscent to a Florentine lunch I once had. Great Job Lit for keeping this foodie happy and providing another local favorite I am sure I will continue to visit. Visit from July 2021 - "Two Stars for this poor looking pizza", not the overall food. I love fire stoned pizza. Wood fired, Gas fired, heck even grill fired. Got my LIT on today for lunch and although it was a good eat, it was a semi-ugly eat. "Get Lit" they said..."It will be delicious" they said...This should be their signature pizza. Easy approach and nothing crazy. Balanced, easy to represent, and nothing over the top. For the most part it is there, however, proportionally, it truly looks like my pizza maker was angry and got lost in the art of artisan pizza. It just makes no sense. For seven years I made pizza. I truly have a love hate relationship with pizza. I am not a pizza bragger by no means, however, I have had pizza all over the states, Italy, Spain, France, UK, Croatia, Greece, Turkey, Russia and the Caribbean..and they all had balance and symmetry to them that visually is appetizing. LIT...your using quality ingredients. You have a really good crust, and fresh mozzarella. This should equal a really great product, but for the love of all that is holy with "Pizza", make a more balanced looking pizza please. This pizza looks half crazy on both sides. Signature pizza (Get Lit) should be your perfect looking pizza. I also had a Caesar salad where there was more leaf romaine (which can get a little bitter) than dressing (that little cup of dressing is really not enough) and almost no Parmesan (suggest shaved versus grated). The different lemonades was fabulous though! Great selection of flavors and very refreshing. For those who made it this far, please try LIT they have a good pizza and drinks. I will try the calzone next time only because the ingredients and dough used were basic, simple and fired in the right oven always equal delicious. If you go and get a scary pizza like the one picture, just eat it. Its going to be good even if the flavors are all separated and you get more of one flavor when you taco the pie piece over so it does drip out. Be nice to the guy making it, he may not have an eye for the art of pie."
