Crust Pizza Co. - Moss Bluff

"I ordered a cauliflower crust veggie pizza well done. When I got home (3min) it was barely warm and not well done. I had to baked it for 15 mins. It had so many tomatoes I had to take some off. Ate 1 slice threw the rest in the trash. Wasn't happy after spending $23 on the pizza."

"We have always LOVED Crust Pizza!! Before Crust Pizza came to Moss Bluff. We were regular customers to the Crust pizza in Lake Charles. We felt welcomed weather it be for just our family or anything to do with groups of friends and extended family. We never left without picking up and gathering our trash to make things easier on the waitress. We do the same at the location here in Moss Bluff. When we heard that Moss Bluff was getting a Crust Pizza. We all were so excited. At the beginning things were great! Closing is 9:00. If you are in there eating close to closing time. Make sure you get a refill if you need one. Coke machine is turned off at 9:00. Tonight I was totally shocked when my husband and I went to walk in we were meet at the door but a young man. It was 8:20 pm. He apologized but that they were closed due to Super Bowl Sunday. That they were only letting people in that was already in there. There were people sitting in the bar area that I saw for sure. I will even add this. As we were walking in a lady was passing through the parking lot. She rolled her window down and said Y’all are brave going in there this late. Y’all are going to get in trouble. Then we turned to go in and there we were met with the young man telling us we couldn’t go in. All because it was Super Bowl Sunday! And??? Crust Pizza of Moss Bluff, why?! Put ALL your customers first!"

"We have become fairly regular customers here with my wife and friends. Like many, they have had a few problems with employees. However, on our last visit, everyone was cheerful and happy. The food is usually great and at a reasonable price. Fresh salads compliment the food well. So many of us spoil our children rotten and then cannot understand why the young people in these places are not pleasant or caring in caring for our needs in such places. I think that it is a great place to enjoy good food. If we have a problem, we kindly let management know."

"I like their pizza and like to order cauliflower crust but they ALWAYS get our takeout order wrong in someway… this was supposed to be the margherita pizza but it’s clearly missing toppings such as the fresh basil that is advertised to be on it. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time something like this has happened here… my husband has given up on this place but I keep trying and keep getting disappointed…"

"I get calzones from crust quite a bit. Today I bought 3. All 3 had no marinara sauce, the quality of the calzones was terrible. They were paper thin, and a lot less toppings. Not sure what went wrong, but at the price I paid, I doubt I’ll be back."
