"My fiancé and I bought gold tie clips we wanted to gift to the groomsmen at our wedding next week with their initials engraved on them. We were assured they could do it no problem and were even called a day earlier than expected to pick them up. He was told they were 'difficult to put in the engraving machine.' One was damaged so badly that she put a new face on it, with jagged edges, that was silver in color, not gold. The others are all scratched and look pretty terrible. We were not refunded for what we paid to Jefferson Trophy, not to mention the $40 we used to buy the tie clips that are now ruined. I do not recommend this business."
"Jefferson Trophies and Awards is a great company that does great work. My wife owns a small dance studio and has used them for years to make their dancers' awards. Christy at Jefferson Trophies helped me with a sign project that came out beautiful. She was always friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend them."
"This company has went far and beyond to assist me in looking for a specific trophy! I reached out to almost every trophy shop in and around New Orleans and this was the ONLY location who not only answered my original request, but went as far to send my options (pictures provided) as well as customization. They have answered all my questions and provided me with their input which is always helpful. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone trophy shopping. Keep in mind they did all this for me to order 1 single trophy, not a large order, but they made me feel like a very valued customer!"
"Ordered a trophy for my daughters dancing review that I didn’t receive in time. Was told they called me but I do not have a call, voicemail, or email stating it was ready. When I called inquiring about it, no answers until 2 days later which was too late. When I went to pick up, after the recital, the name was incorrect on it. Customer service was rude so I’m glad I didn’t waste any money, only my daughters hopes for a trophy which I’m not happy she’s upset. I ordered from another place yesterday and it was ready same day with excellent customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this business."
