They listened to what I wanted, advised, took their time choosing the perfect colours and I ended up with the most beautiful colours and hairstyle. My daughter had been in just beforehand and she also loves her hair. Nothing was too much trouble for these lovely ladies! They even rang around their other salons to try to find me a hairdresser to do an updo for my upcoming wedding…I would highly recommend this salon. Thank you! We will definitely be back soon x”

Never felt rushed either, despite it getting busy on a weekend. The barbers clearly take pride in there work! Stamp reward card is a nice touch for those loyal regulars although card payment would be a most welcome addition to the shop although no big deal as there is a cash machine around the corner.”

Today, my cousin and I received excellent treatment with our haircuts and are very satisfied with the outcome. We were both given complimentary soft drinks which was a nice touch. Na, all jokes aside, best barbershop in the borough of Kingston . Super friendly and welcoming staff. All the barbers know what they're doing and make sure they understand what kinda trim you want. Clean and calm environment. Prices are also very reasonable, have paid more for less elsewhere. Make sure you come early, as there can be a little wait on busier days, justified for the outcome though. Cannot recommend any more - Cheat on your barber, come to Ismail's!”

Requested Carol (as we’ve always had her and had excellent service from her), but She was not in on the day we went so was served by Emily. Emily was just as helpful, even ringing another store to locate a certain shoe style in one of my daughters size. Carol was working at that store and she kindly brought the shoes to the Gravesend store for my daughter to try on the next day. Nothing was too much trouble. Will always use the Gravesend store first as can’t fault the service. Thankyou”
