"I have been to this salon before and thought this was going to be new place to go, I love the atmosphere in there, it's a beautiful salon. I went earlier this year, and hadn't been able to get my hair cut due to lockdown, so I was really looking forward to it. The shampoo girls were great, I had such a nice time I almost fell asleep! When it came to my hair cut, the lady didn't really chat much with me, she just started cutting my hair, I said how much I wanted off and all of a sudden my hair cut was done!? So I asked if I could have my layers trimmed because my hair it pretty thick. She cut them, we agreed on rough drying it, and then that was it. She didn't show me the back of my hair, it looked okay so I was happy, I suspected they would be very busy after lockdown, so I paid and left. I got home and my partner noticed that the back and once side was really uneven. I went back to get it fixed and the lady apologized and trimmed it a bit more. I checked it from what I could see (she showed me the back with a mirror this time) it looked okay so I thanked her and left. When I got home I took some photos of the back noticed it was still not great I wasn't happy with it. I got an appointment at different salon to have it fixed, it was about 2 inches shorter on one side!! I had to have it cut really short to even it out. I was gutted!! It's been about 7 months since this experience and I've only just got my hair back to a decent length. I still can't believe this happened."
