"I asked for a grade 4 and he gave a grade 2, then overcharged me for it , no dusting down. In general unprofessional . Should have 9 quid but was charged 12 quid. I normally go to village barbers but we're very busy at the time"

"I called up to see how busy it was and a woman (suzi) who was so extremely rude!!! Wouldn't let me speak to the barber and told me she wouldn't let me speak to him was rude to me hung up the phone and refused to answer the phone again....... will be taking this further!!!! Do not use this barber suzi is rude fat and ugly and can't dress hair on a horse let alone another human!"
