"Nice small shop. At least this shop is still living in Gravesend Town Centre. Where lots of shops have closed down. Clarks is still here. Whenever I visit I always find what I am looking for. Prefer it to the one in Bluewater. More quiet and easy to find the best shoes. Thanks guys and keep up the good work."

"I have been Clarks customer for many years and absolutely loved the store. However, my recent experience has been very disappointing. It was very frustrating to find out that a pair of boots that I bought and owned for couple of weeks are faulty. Even though a member of staff admitted the fault, I was refused to get a refund at Gravesend store. I had no other choice, but to complain to Clarks customer service. This has caused a lot of inconvenience. One of the worst customer experience."

"Always go to the Gravesend store to purchase my two daughters shoes. Requested Carol (as we’ve always had her and had excellent service from her), but She was not in on the day we went so was served by Emily. Emily was just as helpful, even ringing another store to locate a certain shoe style in one of my daughters size. Carol was working at that store and she kindly brought the shoes to the Gravesend store for my daughter to try on the next day. Nothing was too much trouble. Will always use the Gravesend store first as can’t fault the service. Thankyou"
