I asked them if they could get multiple pairs in just in case the pair they got, had a mark. They phoned round my request immediately while I was still leaving the store. I was greeted with a smile by one staff member, after browsing I was asked by another staff member if I needed help, there was a third staff member who was busy but smiling and laughing also. As they did not have the dress in size in store, she proceeded to go above and beyond and ring all shops I could get to to ensure I got the dress for a wedding tomorrow. I am happy Hobbs Bromley still exists as it has always been my go to place locally for great quality garments and service, without having to travel into the City on weekends!!”
