“Popped into the shop this morning without knowing we needed an appointment. We were greeted with such a caring smile and after saying we would make an appointment and come back, were welcomed into the shop to have a look before the next appointment arrived. With an idea of what my daughter wanted for her uncle's wedding the lovely owner had two dresses picked out for her and showed her with no rush to the fitting room. Within 5 minutes she had a dress that she was over the moon with. Amazing service thank you so much, we have a happy daughter”

Contacted the store spoke to Sam said he could help turnt up at 7pm by 8pm I had a suit tie and shoes and also some accessories thanks to Sam's help and attention great customer surface second to none. I was also impressed with the quality of the items in the shop.”

“Fantastic customer service. Ladies genuinely very helpful. I bought a dress and 3 tips my only gripe is one of the tops in my size wasn't in stock and the lady kindly ordered on line for me. I paid £4.99 for delivery next day as this was a Weekend I was told to expect on the Monday and the top arrived on the Tuesday. I have been on line since and had I have gone home and ordered it myself it would have cost me only £1.99 for a standard delivery. .”

“Clarks really came through for me today- returned a pair of school shoes which were purchased in February this year (unworn, hadn't even come out of the box and had receipt still) and they happily allowed an exchange and partial refund for the difference. I was seriously impressed by this, and also the service I received from Andy, who went hunting for size 8s for my son.... and actually managed to find a pair my son liked! Thumbs up all round. Top customer service.”

“I first called Bromley to see if they had a dress in stock I had code and everything, I was asked if it was on sale I said yes they refused to help said too much stock to check, I then called blue water and lady who answered phone took code and then went out and checked to see if in stock, I was grateful that she looked … Bromley could learn something here .”

He pretty much picked the the entire look. We left with a 3 piece suit, shoes, shirt, tie and cufflinks. He was so helpful and he even gave my boyfriend some tips.
