“I was dealt with by Stan at the Romford Branch, I should say Stan the Man! I had an issue with my tyres and was an absolute wreak. Stan was absolutely amazing in dealing with my car. He calmly talked me through the process I felt completely reassured. Outstanding customer service. Despite it being a very busy Monday everyone including Stan was very welcoming and friendly. This will definitely be my go to branch from now on!”

“Excellent service! Ian was exceptionally helpful prior to the delivery. Was aware delivery was being made to a one-way street with overhead cables. Attended site on the day of delivery to supervise lift. Andy was an exceptionally experienced driver / crane operator. Parked conveniently to one side so not to block the road and cause any inconvenience to my neighbours and then drove in when space had been made. Health and Safety was adhered to during the lift. i.e. coned off, plates underneath stabilisers, correct slings etc. Delivery was on time without any issues, professional and well mannered team. Would recommend / use again without any hesitation!”

It was very busy at the time and we waited a little longer than our appointment time but it was worth the wait as we left feeling relieved having had everything explained to us. “First visit, parking for 5 or 6 cars in front but we managed to park easily on the opposite side of the road (care - some spaces are double yellow lines). Recommended by a friend and I add my recommendation to hers. Choice and quality of food superb, up there with the very best we've had. Recommend lamb shanks and mixed grill, but everything looked and tasted great. Didn't have a starter and just as well as portions were a good size. Had a poppadom each instead and even the dips were excellent. Try the lime pickle with chickpeas, excellent. Price was very reasonable, 3 beers and a bottle of wine between 4, main course and sides, about £25 a head. Don't be put off by a couple of surly waiters, with food this good you can suffer a little bit of moody service. Oh, and they had run out of Cobra Zero so the driver had to move on the water, also no Baileys for the complimentary drink, but can't really allow that to detract from the high quality of the food. We'll be back!”

“I just want to say a massive thank you to Maria from the home department from me and both my children, you helped us massively tonight! I had an express order supposed to come between 1 and 2pm which showed as delivered and hadn’t actually came and I was worried about my children’s dinner being on the plate. Maria spoke to my family all day and helped my dad to the van with all the shopping she also gifted me flowers, sweets for my kids and upgraded some of my items as a kind gesture! “I visited this nail shop yesterday for the first time. It was such a lovely experience. On arrival, I was offered a hot drink which they even made again after I’d let it go cold. I had a full pedicure with gel polish and and a soak off a full set. The nail technician assigned to me was a vent named Kevin who is such an amazing artist. He wiped off and redid the nail design I wanted until I was 100% happy and spent ages trying to find the perfect nude for my skin tone. This is definitely not a ‘one size fits all’ salon, I could tell from how long Kevin and I spent choosing my base colour and how welcoming they were when an older gentleman came in to do a pedicure. I felt totally comfortable and got a super detailed and dramatic set not to mention feet baby soft x Definitely my new nail shop x The manager was so lovely as well she basically created a design from her mind and explained it to Kevin Overall perfect experience !”

Great job on hands and feet for express gel mani/pedi. The massage chairs are a superb touch . They have very good price compared to other salon nearby.I will definitely go back. The nursery staff is very passionate about their work, food is cooked fresh from scratch, and there is plenty activities to keep kids entertain and develop their skills. You can tell that everyone is just very happy there. I would highly recommend that nursery to everyone.”
