"I've been here twice and both times have been very welcoming. They are on the pricey side but you do get what you pay for. They don't give you just give you a overall price. They go through each treatment you may need and break the cost down for you, so you know exactly what you are paying for. The staff are so friendly and informative ☺️"

"Today I booked my curly cut from Tony and Guy Romford. The staff is very welcoming but Tony and Guy does not train its stylist for curly cut. Second visit and absolutely disappointing and expensive. Would not recommend anyone with curly or wavy hair to visit any Tony and guy Salon. I was charged full £55 for was and cut, but my hair were not washed to standard, I couldn't feel shampoo and conditioning at all. These were most disrespectful treatment I have ever received. The stylist Demi was treating me like a dirt bag. Never ever going back to Tony and Guy."
