“I contacted WG IT two weeks ago to get some information in what to do regarding my custom pc. It was low on storage and they suggested for me to get a new SSD and I also asked if they do a case change for a new aesthetic. We talked a few times and arranged a date for me to drop off my pc. I was informed throughout the whole time with their ticketing service and even got picture updates of my repair. It was done within a day and it was the perfect handoff. Roman attended and cleaned the area that was jammed and got this working again however the part was old and this then broke thereafter, we called and Roman came back with the replacement part and fixed this for us without any issues, I am extremely happy with Roman and the work completed.
