Although my time in the hotel has been very short during the day, because i spent most of my time in London, the hours i’ve been in there, i haven’t come by any problem. Everything was 10 out of 10, and specially the Service and more precisely William. “The manager went above and beyond to help In the evening we were in the block he noticed I had a walking stick and my mobility was not great he asked if we would like a bath/shower mat for safety he went to reception and got us one every time he saw us he said hello he’s so very nice and as I said he went above and beyond what he had to The rooms are always clean and reception lady is so lovely we’ve stayed here 3 times. In 2022 now 2023 when ever we come we stay here as it’s such a lovely place. We eat breakfast at the block which is always very nice We love it here and recommend it it’s a 5* from us Janet Abraham and Lloyd king”

“Wonderful experience here. The staff was professional and accommodating. The location is convenient. Restaurants and shuls all on the same block. Busses stop in front of the hotel for quick transportation to anywhere. If you stay for Shabbat and purchase their hospitality package, this is what your table looks like. They also provide a hotplate which is super hot (so watch out you don't burn your food). Would stay here again and again. Air conditioning was frigid and welcome after a hot day in the tube.”

“The service received at this hotel was great. The location is near the Elizabeth Station, just 3 minutes away or less. Plenty of restaurants to eat near by. The hotel has a restaurant with very appealing prices. I ate dinner there and it was great food, portions might not be large, but I felt that the price was fair. Rooms are great and slept well there. There's a movie theater next door if you feel like watching a movie on the big screen.”

“This hotel was huge and packed during our stay but that didn’t compromise the service. They don’t do daily cleaning but on request which was the only set back. I think the rooms needed a good deep clean. The breakfast buffet was huge and we really enjoyed it. The fresh made to order omelettes were my favorite.”

It comes with dishes and a laundry machine on site 2. It's about a 20 minute train ride to all the major attractions in London. 3. The general area is very quite. If you are looking for an area with a lot of action, I would stay somewhere else. But it noise is a concern to you, this is the best location you can ask for. 4. Best thing if all is that the price was great. I booked for August, and it was comparably the best price I got from comparing to other locations. If you want to be in a busier area, then I would skip this location. But if space, quality of room, and price are a priority, have this place as a top pick.”
