Samantha is so friendly and even if I don’t get to see her each week, she knows where I am regarding my recovery, as soon as I arrive and then improves my progress by the end of the session. “First time using these guys after finding them on Google search! Needed my car subwoofer and amp installation on my BMW E93, which is a nightmare to do. ( night mare is trying to locate a space to take the wires from back of car to front as my rear seats do not come down ) and all the wiring is hard work on these cars especially to a factory headset !! Honestly could of not found a better place and really nice people who absolutely got the know how, im guessing through all the past experiences In this field of work . “I dealt with 4 of the Jewson staff at the Dartford branch over two days. The customer service I received from all of them was refreshingly fantastic. I was served promptly and enthusiastically. They all genuinely, over the two days, in person and on the phone helped me as much as they could. I also spoke to a lady with regard to an online order who was professional, courteous, kept me informed and was friendly with a sense of humour. The only area of my Jewson experience that could be improved is the website. I knew the name of the item and the product code but 'no results' were found. I had to go out of the website and google my item. It then came up being sold by Jewson. My order arrived promptly. I will definitely be returning to Jewson.”
