"Tried to save time by doing collection after work. Entered and followed instructions on screen. Pulled into a bay and waited and waited. Went to the door and told by member of staff that on break but would get someone. After a total of 25 minutes someone came out with my shopping. Loaded to find none of my frozen foods there so had to wait another 10 minutes for them to go and get it picked and bring it out. Won't use again."
