“Our beloved Hattie, a Miniature Schnauzer, sadly passed away very suddenly on 08/10/22, at an out of hours practice (They were wonderful), before our booked appointment to see Stephen, which would have been only 3 hours later. We were both utterly bereft, particularly my partner Fiona, Hatties 'Mum'. The staff at Vetcall sent a lovely condolences card, and Stephen rang on 26/10/22 to give his very valuable opinions on what may have happened. The conversation was remarkably healing for us, and we are both extremely grateful for the call. “Unfortunately we recently had to make the difficult decision to put our 13 year old dog to sleep after being diagnosed with liver cancer this year. I called a couple of times and was handled with kindness and sensitivity as decisions were made. We were informed of the costs, being out of hours, and all choices for her care clearly but compassionately. The vet Adam and all reception staff gave us all the time to cuddle her for a final time , and to say our goodbyes. They even took the time to send us a condolence card today. Vets and staff have a difficult job keeping everyone's pets cared for, and their owners happy with staff crisis affecting them too. Our experience was faultless.”

“We needed accommodation for our 8 month old kitten, Minty, at quite short notice, for a long weekend. Longcroft Norbury were able to accommodate, and Robbie was so polite and helpful from the start. We were nervous about leaving Minty in the hotel as it was her first time away and she's a little timid, but we really needn't have been. The care and attention even before she arrived, and the daily updates (detailed emails and many pictures!) from Robbie on how she was doing really put us at ease. She looked like she had a great time, and we didn't need to worry about her at all for the whole weekend. She came back relaxed, happy and smelling lovely too (am sure she probably wanted to stay longer). She left with a little goodie bag including a feather wand that's now one of her favourite toys. We wouldn't hesitate to check Minty into Longcroft again the next time we need to, or recommend it to others. Thanks Robbie!”
