"Friendly staff, firstly I struggled to get a call back from vets even after leaving messages its a pet emergency, turns out my local branch was closed due to staffing issues! I made 4 visits to alternative branch and only on my last visit and nearly £2000 later i saw a vet who made sense in their approach and treatment, happy to say cat is now doing ok, but what the vet did in the last visit should have been done on the 1st!!!"

"I have been going to this vet practice for several years now and over the last 2 years I have noticed that it has gone seriously downhill, not that it wasn’t a problem before this. They never answer the phone and have constantly cancelled procedures that I have booked in due to having no vet on site repeatedly. My dogs suffer from skin allergies but they have not seemed interested to find out what could be causing their allergies, so my poor dogs have been suffering with seriously itchy skin. Also my cats fell behind on their vaccinations due to them not having any in stock for long periods of time. They said they would contact me when they received some but never did so we had to start from scratch with their vaccinations. They are very unfriendly and will almost never interact with patients who are sitting in the waiting area."

"Goddard V G at Harrow Weald has been amazing by looking after our puppies in their care so our babies could have their jabs and other bits and bobs. Dave the Vet was absolutely outstanding. He was easy to talk to and asked any questions about our puppies' well-being and development. The receptionist was so friendly and welcoming. Both visits for our puppies' jabs were amazing. Thanks so much for your help and support."
