Nothing felt like too much trouble, and every single member of staff we met went out of their way to go above and beyond (at no request of ours). “My favourite branch of Costa. Great staff team who are always friendly, sometimes funny and happy to chat which gives a slightly more personal or independent coffee shop feel. Even when there's a long queue, the wait isn't as long as many other branches. Coffee is made well and more than happy to accommodate customer preferences (hotter, colder, half and half milk and a myriad of requests I've heard from other customers whilst waiting to be served). Indoor and outdoor seating, street parking and a car park behind the shops. Great if you've been for a walk in the park as its just outside the gate.”

“I've been going to this salon for well over 15 years and Marianne and Becky did manicures and a pedicure for me, my mother, aunt and family friend in preparation for my wedding the following day. We were really pleased with the results, and particularly as they'd made a huge unprompted effort to provide drinks and bridal cupcakes for us to share together. This was completely unexpected and a really nice touch for our visit! Thank you both :-).”

“I have and would recommend this place highly. I have been using Angel nails for a few months now and I won't ever go any place else. My mum and my sister take frequent visits (Every two weeks) to get our nails done. The work is done to a high standard and I never leave feeling disappointed. The shop has recently had a refurbishment which looks great and stylish. The shop has a range of different colours and styles to suit all tastes. The designs they do are also to a very high standard. The staff are very friendly here and always try and give you the perfect look you are after. I would definitely recommend! Thank you Tom for providing such a wonderful service! I look forward to getting my nails done again in two weeks.”

“It’s a decent hotel if you’re in the area . Parking 8£ get there early , I drive a pick up and parking was sufficient! Chap at the front desk is brilliant and helpful . Location is brilliant for the area , card machine wasn’t working at the restaurant but we sorted that and they were very helpful. Didn’t eat any food but the beer was decent ! Room was fine for the price , it was clean and bedding is good ! Fire alarm went off for some reason but could just be a fault”

“We had coffee here after a long walk through Kew Gardens, Lion Gate to Elizabeth Gate. Friendly, good coffee and the perfect spot before getting the bus or walking across Kew Bridge, as we did.”
