"This place might be going downhill with this new staff member. I had the worst experience getting my coffee this morning. She let people jumping the queue, got my coffee order wrong and gave me wrong pastry. The worst of all was her attitude. Shame as I had always enjoyed getting my morning coffee here whenever I travel via Richmond station."

"every time I come in I’m greeted with the biggest warm smiles ever!!!!! The lady in there is so sweet and so lovely! I’m one for a good service on the go! It’s all about speed but making sure the coffee is just right. Never fails to have my large cappuccino made with Less than a minute until the train is ready to take off. And every time, just like today. I’m on the train sat happily with my coffee❤️ Thanks for the great fast service! You’re amazing"
