“I have been meaning to write a review since I started using the garage many moons ago. As a person who knows absolutely nothing about cars, I am an easy target to rip off (and I have been on more then one occasion in the past). However, Gary and his team are simply wonderful, they have looked after my car's for a number of years and I've never been dissapointed or let down. I've never had particularly expensive or fancy vehicles, so there are often problems that arise and need looking at. Gary will always try and help me out with the cheapest option and it's honest about what is an urgent repair and what can wait. I have moved out of the area within the last 18 months but happily travel back to Sutton to get my car looked at if needed, serviced and MOT'd. Would recommend without hesitation!”

“Dilan barbers is a small barber shop in Carshalton and have provided me with excellent service since setting up. I like the consideration they take in small details and always match what I request from them. They even offer ear hair removal using wax which was a unique experience for me.”

“I've only ever driven through Cheam before my visit yesterday, a trip by public transport (tram and train) from Croydon specifically to visit the Whitehall museum, housed in a grade II* listed former domestic dwelling dating from before the reign of Henry VIII. While the museum is an important place of reference for local history, geared more towards children than adults, it also houses the excellent Freedom Caffe' tearoom. The restrictions imposed by such an old, historic house may mean they can't use a normal commercial coffee machine but the range of soft drinks is impressive and more importantly, the vegan options for lunch are delicious. I highly recommend both the vegan sausage roll with salad and the vegan Greek. Then there are the cakes... The only vegan option on the day was a chocolate pear and apple cake but it was gorgeous and the staff were attentive and friendly and the food reasonably priced. I also noted the fresh pasta preparation. There's more to Cheam than the museum but whatever else you're doing it's well worth making sure you visit the Freedom Caffe' for a drink and a bite to eat.”
