Once I made an offer, Lucy assisted with all required arrangements to ensure i could move to new house in time for the start of school year. “Have dined a number of times and never been disappointed. As it was bonfire night a friend and I decided to get a takeaway. The food was beautiful, hot, with all the right spices, making it the same as if dined in. What was exceptional was that 2/3 minutes after opening the takeaway bag I realised that one item was incorrect but as we liked this starter anyway we decided not to bother to do anything. However the phone went and panorama rang, full of apologies and sent a driver out with the item we had ordered. I said it didn’t matter but they insisted. I thought this was great customer service. Amazing food, never disappointed completed with great customer service by lovely people”

Only minor was the sharing steak (pictured) we felt should have chosen a larger size as we both thought it wasn't QUITE big enough, our fault, not theirs. The wine (pictured) is some of the best I've ever tasted as is the garlic bread starter (pictured). Will definitely be returning but at over £200 for 3 people probably only for special occasions. “I haven't been on a cruise. However, my parents enjoyed a cruise around the islands of Scotland and had a fabulous time. They commented on the care and attention they received throughout; one of their best cruises ever. They were accompanied by many people who have travelled extensively so they enjoyed sharing their experiences. Finally, it was Father's Day whilst they were onboard so I called Noble Cruises office. I spoke to Neil on the customer services team about the idea of buying a bottle of champagne for the special day. Neil emailed the ship and received a message that it could be arranged. Neil called me back and I purchased a bottle of champagne and arranged for a note to accompany the gift. All was delivered on the day and the card beautifully written. It is the small things that make a big difference. Thank you Neil for making this happen. My dad will be talking about this for years to come. Very special!”
