"In July, my son had a fit to fly test booked at Surrey Covid Screening. Everything was great and he received his result quickly. He also had a "return from a green country" PCR test booked for two days after his return but the country he visited changed from green to amber while he was away and he had to quarantine at home for 10 days on his return and therefore couldn't attend the appointment. I cancelled it (twice) by email three days before it was due and requested a refund but received no reply. I booked a test he could do at home with a different company. I called 4 times and was told my refund would be processed soon, but it wasn't. After nearly 7 weeks of ignored phone calls and emails, I finally received a very brief email from Carol refusing to issue a refund for the second test (which was never done) and offering a 50% discount on a future test. I had to contact my credit card company who investigated, reversed the charge and issued my refund. Needless to say, we will never use them again."

"Carol is just great. Been there for tests now 4 times and all I can say, she's gentle with the stick in your throat and nose and also knows to have a nice chitchat before and after. Additional, she's aware of your travel dates and ensures you all the time that the result will arrive in time always. Great place to get the test done, don't look any further. Cheers"
