Caffè Capital Cobham
“Bagels they have started selling now are top notch! Recommended! Mmm Salt beef was sensational and loved the chicken with tarragon too”
The Ivy Cobham Brasserie
“We have been to The Ivy many times and it’s one of our favourite restaurants around Cobham, Esher and Weybridge. Great customer service and the whole team is always very nice. Fantastic food, well presented and great value too. We would definitely recommend this restaurant to others.”
Fego Restaurant Cobham
“First time we had brunch at Fego Cobham, had a great experience. We arrived at 11:30am on a weekday, served immediately. The poached egg and smashed avocado on sourdough bread was ok, pretty standard, very filling. The Mexican-inspired Ranchero, on the other hand, was rather delightful: poached eggs, sautéed potatoes, chorizo, mushroom, jalapenos, smashed avocado, coriander yoghurt. A medium spicy, tomatoey flavour - just perfect! Generous portion as well. Highly recommend!”
Waitrose & Partners Cobham
“Love our local Waitrose, the staff are all so so friendly and attentive. Good stock on most things , I only wish Waitrose didn’t get rid of their own branded gluten free chocolate cup cakes in the bakery section - for someone who is coeliac like me they were the best tasting cakes I’ve ever had and trust me a lot of gluten free stuff is so dry , but not these!! Pls bring them back :(”
LEON Cobham
“I had a wonderful experience at Leon Cobham today. I’m Vegan and allergic to Gluten. I spoke to one of your colleagues - Navik, I think that’s the name and he helped me choose the perfect breakfast item by making sure the ingredients were safe for me by checking in their Leon Book. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was delicious and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Navik for your wonderful service.”
Copper Coffee Roasters
“Eccentric eclectic coffee shop on edge of Weybridge in a light industrial farm yard setting if you look you can see the mansions of St George’s Hill on the ridge ….. great coffee and freshly roasted beans for sale !”
Café Barbera
“Best cafe in Cobham. Owner was a delight and very friendly. Got the ham and cheese croissant and an americano and both were delicious and made to perfection. I will be back soon when I have an opportunity to visit the town again!”
The Old Plough
“Had a great time at The Old Plough. The fish and chips was absolutely excellent. Top marks for service and environment as well. Look forward to going back.”
GreenWise
“Great little spot at the heart of the village and community with a great ethos, vibe and interior space Can shop for fresh produce and groceries, alongside a spot of lunch and favours quality produce which I enjoy All in all worth taking a trip for cake, coffee and weekly shop items Free parking outside a bonus”
Painshill
“Absolutely gorgeous gardens with a magical feeling. Jazz and a cold drink in the amphitheater looking at the lake beyond the vineyard. Can’t think of a better place to spend a sunny Sunday afternoon”
The Plough Inn
“Unbelievable service here, very attentive and engaging the food was TO DIE FOR. Only minor was the sharing steak (pictured) we felt should have chosen a larger size as we both thought it wasn't QUITE big enough, our fault, not theirs. The wine (pictured) is some of the best I've ever tasted as is the garlic bread starter (pictured). Will definitely be returning but at over £200 for 3 people probably only for special occasions. Thank you again to the staff here, truly exceptional!”
The Cricketers
“Excellent food. We had Sunday dinner with escargot, duck, roast beef, and sticky toffee pudding. All of the food was delicious! Charming ambiance and good drink as well”
The Running Mare.
“This was my favorite pub. We spent a great deal of time and money there. Good friends made, both staff and locals. Unfortunately, the manager, has no class and a bad attitude. The Runner is on suspension, for me, for 60 days. If it ever happens again, I won’t spend another £ there. Reply - I am not about to Dox anybody. We love the food, atmosphere and friendships. The absolute majority of your staff is excellent. A little bit of tact goes a long way though, as opposed to a “Shoosh”. You should indeed have a conversation with managers about how they deal with people, especially some that drop 500 quid a month. Thanks, Ollie, Very Best. Update - The Running Mare has definitely upped their game. Give credit where credit is due. This is a wonderful place where You will find kind and interesting people. The service and food is excellent. I’m glad. I could post a new review 5/5. Very Best, Ed”
Ockham Bites
“Best bacon & egg sarnie l've had for a long time. Friendly server and all freshly cooked. Will certainly be returning.”
Silvermere Inn on the Lake
“Four of us had the most amazing 3 course Christmas meal last night with coffee/tea & mince pies to finish. The service & quality of food was excellent and very good value.”
The Black Swan
“My second visit and it was just as good as the first. A lovely long boozy lunch with friends. Food exquisite. Ate from the Xmas menu and the turkey was delicious (not dry at all). An amazing espresso martini too. A firm favourite.”
The Bear
“Popped in here on a Friday night with the family. The restaurant was quiet but the food and service was excellent. Great menu and a nice selection of drinks.”
Ali's Grill
“One of the best kebab shops I have ever used. Their food is so tasty and always fresh - their chips are SO good - well everything is good. Great for a treat if you're looking for something a bit unhealthy but their salads and chicken kebabs are delicious if you're looking for something a bit healthier too. Definitely recommend!”
Fairmile (Fairmile)
“Christmas Eve dinner was fabulous. First time at the Fairmile and we had such a lovely and relaxing dinner. Staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Efficient and prompt food service. We were seated at the perfect quiet table with no other guests. A roast dinner can often be a rather drab affair with poor ingredients which ruins the whole meal or if the kitchen doesn't know how to cook it properly. This Christmas roast turkey was a very very good plate of food. Good quality ingredients. Roast potatoes cooked in goose fat - made a difference. The turkey meat was tender and juicy. All the vegetables and stuffing cooked to perfection - bear in mind this is in a pub not home cooked. To finish off - enjoyed the tasty Christmas pudding. Thank you to all the staff at the Fairmile pub for making our Christmas Eve dinner so greatly enjoyable.”
Costa Coffee
“Visited for a festive hot chocolate (and toblerone latte in my case) with the family on Christmas eve. Really appreciated being allowed to bring our spaniel in to sit in the back room. Hot drinks delicious and we also tried a white chocolate tiffin slice - pricey but a lovely treat!”
Starbucks Coffee
“Usual Starbucks things... outside area. Nice selection of mugs and travel mugs. On my latest visit I had a maple rooibois late. If you don’t like coffee, it’s a very nice alternative. I’ve never seen it before, so I’m wondering if it’s seasonal”
Mediterranean Grill
“The food was great and they actually know medium well, it's like they can see inside the steak without cutting”
