“Everyone in the store made me and my bunny feel super welcomed. I was looking for a harness for my bunny and they happily helped me find the perfect one for her even fitting it on her. They had a wide range of section for rabbit which was amazing. But the best thing about the store are the amazing people who work there. One of the best customer service I have received. My bunny and I had a lovely day out in the park.”

“We tried this place for the first time last week and so glad we did. The staff were so good and looked after Mollie very well. The groom was amazing and she looked lovely when we picked her up. They had to deal with matting on her tail and ears that we had struggled with and they handled it extremely well. Will definitely be back.”

We travel quite a long way every month to bring our dog here for grooming because of the incredible amount of care they put into the work every time. We have been bringing our dog here for more than a year and cannot recommend them highly enough!”

“I went to this pet shop to buy a pet budgie! So exciting! Although I’ve had one before it was just as exciting. I visited on a Saturday and walked in on a member of staff cutting a rabbits nails (cute)! So I head down to the birds section and had a good look as I did a lot of researching to refresh my memory on what to look out for. I believe all the animals I saw looked pretty healthy and in good condition. When I picked my Budgie the lady was very helpful and told me to call them if I had any concerns or questions- very nice of them. Would recommend. It is a small and easily accessible store. Can get there by bus or tram.”

“I go into Albany pet stop every week to buy my dog Loki some Moon bones as i don't know anywhere else local that sells them and they are his favourite, i always end up buying more for him as they have a good selection of dog treats he loves. I also buy my rabbit hay and food here. The staff are so friendly and helpful and i have never had a bad experience in here. My dog loves coming with me as he gets a good fuss and a treat as well lol.”

The grounds are also really secure, with plenty of space, so I can relax knowing that can run around with no chances of escape! “Tried to use self service dog wash for my boy today who has spinal condition, can be very stubborn and extra large breed. So unfortunately couldn't get him in the bath as he is too heavy to lift. Staff were very helpful and understanding and gave me refund no questions asked. Staff explained fully how to use machine and machine seemed very user friendly just shame couldn't get my boy in it. Definitely recommend for other people to try, that doesn't have x-large breed that requires lifting. Great customer service.”

By far the best groom she has had and always comes out smelling amazing, looking amazing, comfortable and happy. Chloe is extremely talented and accommodating and makes sure she knows any medical issues or allergies before she begins so my pup is always at ease and comfortable. I'll never go anywhere else.”
