“I simply went here because of the amazing reviews for baby ear piercings, I was a little sceptical because they were all 5 stars but now I've been I understand why. I went with my 7 month old little girl who is known to be typical cry baby, Robert was very thorough with the whole process and gave great after care advise. She made a pre cry sound for a second or two then was absolutely fine. I decided to get my nose pierced at the same time to commemorate how well my baby girl did and leave a stamp for the last day of 2022. My little girl was even gifted a small teddy which is always nice. I will definitely recommend Robert to all my mum-friends thinking of getting there little ones ears pierced. Robert, I hope you visit Jamaica real soon, have a prosperous 2023”

“How can this store meet 80% of my DIY and all of my hardware needs when B & Q, over 20 times, the size struggles. The service and advice is first class. The in-house customised products such as house signs are great quality. Simon and his team always deliver with a smile.”

“What fantastic service. I went into the shop by chance on my way back from a project. I bought some very good quality parrot mix which I cannot purchase locally. I rang to ask if there was any possibility of sending a delivery to me me by courier, as the cost would still be cheaper than me travelling from Kent, and they have gone out of their way to help, when they could easily have said it would not be possible. “We always feel safe leaving our 3 cats with Pawpairs as we know they will be in good hands. Pawpairs communicate with us well before, during and after our trips away, and they’ve got their business running smoothly so that booking, payment and key drop off systems are straightforward. It’s great having a WhatsApp group for communications. Andrea has been the one to look after out cats for the last couple of years, and Nick is always there in the background to support. As well as feeding and stroking our feline friends, Andrea goes the extra mile to call them in if they haven’t appeared, and to search the house for one of our cats who sleeps anywhere! We have daily photos of 3 contented cats and Andrea keeps a special eye on our two female cats who take turns to be mean to each other at times. We know we have genuine animal lovers looking after our cats and when we get home our cats are calm, well fed and cared for.”

Debbie leaves no stone unturned to help her customers and always has time for every single one, human or dog. I have moved and now travel 8 miles to get to this shop because it's so good.”

“We were having problems with our large and very strong puppy pulling on walks. We ordered a product online but this didn't resolve our issues. We took him to PetsCorner where the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They had a variety of products which you could try before you buy. We were able to find something that worked extremely well for us and our beautiful pooch. Walks are now enjoyable when on lead.”

My fur baby is now 16 and has many health problems all in a sudden that I cannot deal with his groom by myself. However Tracy never turn me down and help as much as she could. She loves dogs whole heartedly and I would recommend Teddy Bear for everyone especially who has Pomeranian.”

Victoria's Flowers did not hesitate to take my order and promised me they would get this done and delivered on time. When i saw the the floral wreath at the funeral, it was put together so perfectly with the long message that i was so impressed and happy that we went with Victoria's. “I only recently discovered this place but ever since I have, I’ve made it a regular stop in my evening journey. It’s very big and offers a wide selection of cat treats and catnip toys. The staff are very friendly and constantly ask if you need any help, which is always nice, and there’s lots of other things like cat litter, cat beds and scratching posts. Definitely an improvement from the prior corner shop that existed in the space and I would recommend to anyone with any pet.”

“Shopped in Richmond Pets Corner yesterday and had excellent customer service (as usual). The phrase goes ‘the customer is always right’ and I can tell you that certainly is not the case after what I witnessed. Unfortunately I was in the shop at the same time the poor workers had to deal with a very rude customer. I had a feeling she would write a bad review as she clearly didn’t get her way. People tend to go out of their way to write a bad one if any, so I thought I’d come to write a good, honest one. Despite talking to a particular girl with utter rudeness and degrading her publicly, the worker remained calm, polite and completely professional. No one should have to deal with abuse like that when they are just trying to do their job. I don’t think I could have remained so calm and still be willing to help the customer and resolve her issue. It sounds like that customer won’t be shopping there again and I’m pleased about that for the sake of the lovely staff in there. Keep doing the great job you always do and don’t let these petty people upset you. You certainly have a lifelong customer here.”
