"Don’t use this place. Initially I was led to believe that Nicola was a nice person but believe you me it’s a very good mask she puts on making out she is so caring etc. I’m a disabled person and was offered help after I paid nearly a grand to leave my cat at this place. I had to go into hospital really unwell and my cat had nowhere to go so he went here then they wanted to charge me £400 for it. They only care about money at this place not the animals or disabled people. Will never be using again. The way I have been spoken to today by a member of their staff for asking if she could help me pick up a prescription because I’m disabled and can’t leave the house is shocking. If you are healthy and have lots of money this place will be fine for you. If you are disabled give it a wide berth."
