"My dog endured cuts and razor burns during his groom at love my hound around 3 weeks ago. He was prescribed cream by vet who was shocked that grooming had caused such injuries. My dog is traumatised by the experience, he is now nervous and frightened of people. Love my hound advised I email complaint and they offered to check CCTV of the groom, after 3 emails I’m still awaiting a response. £54 for groom, £84 for vet and a traumatised dog!"

Binkie can be quite nervous around people she doesn’t know and you can tell lots of care and detail went into the groom. Already booked in for her next one :)"
