It took 7 hours of Tracey working on my hair having to strip the dark colour out with lots of care, then she had to balance the colour with a semipermanent colour, checking the condition all the way through this process. Once that process was done, Tracey then put beige highlights through my hair and finished with a treatment. Tracey used treatments all the way through, my hair not only looks amazing the condition is amazing too!”
