"Very bad! I needed my engine oil changed, I was told over the phone by a guy called Michael who runs the place that he will defo be able to do it on the booking in day he gave me full of confidence. So I turned up on the day he totally forgot, I rushed away from work aswell to get there and he informed me he was snowed under with work kept apologising then he said let me take your number. And he never did ring me to sort out another appointment. So I ended up going elsewhere. That to me is terrible customer service and i wont be going back. Sorry if I seem like a winger but dont say you can defo do something if your not sure and write ya appointments down.. dont need someone who doesnt even work in the business to tell you that its mandatory. !!"

"Will always use this garage as they are very approachable, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Recently they took a look at my car as there was a strange noise from underneath, the car was raised up and the problem identified straight away, they also allowed me to inspect the issue. A price was quoted for the repair, the part ordered was a genuine bmw part, fitted around my schedule When it arrived without any fuss. If you want a trustworthy garage, I could not recommend Axminster more highly."
