"Took the car in for the service and asked to check the AC as not working, was informed gas needed to be refilled, agreed on that and paid for it. Tested the car 2 weeks later, AC not working. Took the car back in for the MOT, asked again to check the AC as not working and informed by an other staff member that gas needed to be refilled. I told him it was done 2 weeks before and he didn't know what to say after checking the paperwork and confirming that job was already "done". At that point I just got back the car and left. Wasted money, never again"

"The staff are very rude and sometimes make up lies. They charged me £169 for just changing my battery and inflating my tyres. I questioned my bill they went mad and started abusing me. Last time I had my mot done here he said my car was rotten. I have been driving my Mercedes sport for the last four years without any problems. I believe they are gypsies steal cars and car parts."

I desperately needed MOT but arrived when he had closed his garage. He reopened it to do MOT just to ensure that I am "not in trouble with the law."
