Somehow they have managed to keep the price of food reasonable despite inflation in Summer of 2022. The toilets are well maintained and the staff very helpful. Overall a first rate experience.”

“We have purchased garden furniture, a sideboard, sofas and and an armchair from here and the quality was excellent and the prices competitive. The management and staff are knowledgeable, very friendly and exceedingly helpful throughout the purchasing process from selection, ordering and finally delivery. I noticed one reviewer stated that some items aren't always available to purchase the same day but I think this is often the case with larger items wherever you go and personally knowing that something is being specifically made for you outweighs this and waiting a while for its delivery is not an issue for most people. In a marketplace where more and more is moving online I would urge you to support our local traders before they all disappear. Keep up the good work.”

“IKEA is still some of the best shopping experience for everything for your home and office environment. There's tons of ideas for every room from sofas, chairs, beds and bedsheets, kitchenware, kitchen cabinets to a range of bathroom accessories. There's so much choice. But really disappointed to see, IKEA has decreased it's plants range and substantially increased plastic faux plants - why? Having said that, the café experience is really good - be it chicken, salmon, plant meat balls as well as quite a few dessert options.”

Love their coffee bar inside the shopping store. a great shopping store in the middle of the central london and just one minute walk from the Oxford Circus station. We did some shopping and paid twice by mistake for one item. Called and explained them the whole situation over the fone and they were very helpful. The person I spoke, she said come whenever you want to and we will sort it out for you. I went their after good 3/4 days spoke to manager and sort everything out in 10 minutes. They were apologetic and gave a complementary coffee as good gesture. Well impressed by their service and they day the dealt whole thing.”

One does not buy a new kitchen every day and I needed to get it right! David Stephenson, the designer, who worked with us came and saw the space, measured up and invited us back to see his results. He also had to consider the views of the builders who were undertaking our extension and had their own views about how things should be. Every person’s view was considered and the end product is just what I wanted. David also provided an ‘after-care’ provision to ensure everything was satisfactory.
