"Good range of products but staff unpleasant. Got told off for taking an easel out of the box to see what it looks like size-wise in real life. When confronted, I said that it was hard to tell based on the picture on the box to which I heard ‘the reason why we don’t take things out of the box is because we aren’t able to put them back after’. Needless to say, it took me 2 seconds to do it."

"I normally enjoy a slow stroll around Hobbycraft with my daughter, having a good look around at the arts and crafts items in store. I have spent many hours and a lot of money over the years in-store. Today we are buying canvases and paint brushes. I found myself and my young daughter being blatantly followed around by the security guard which was quite horrible and found myself feeling uncomfortable especially considering I was not carrying any bags. Maybe I'll shop online more going forward."
