"Bought some flooring from this branch on the understanding we could take delivery when we were ready to. Got a call a couple of days later telling me they are not a storage warehouse and needed to take delivery the next day. Have since had to move our flooring around the house over a dozen times as we are doing extensive work. So glad I never bought my kitchen from them and will never touch again! Quality okay, customer service terrible..."
