“I had a Bi-Lobectomy at Harefield hospital July 2nd 2020. Although a terrifying time i was made to feel very relaxed by all the incredible attentive and caring staff. Everthing was done very professionally and in good order. After the operation I was in Cedar 2 ward. The only downside was the occasional beeping of some of the monitors but other than that a peaceful and relaxing ward with lovely views of trees and the grounds. All the Nurses in the ward were very Friendly and nothing was a problem. The ward, shower and toilet areas were all immaculately clean. Even iss who did the catering/cleaning had wonderful staff who cheerfully cleaned and took orders for meals and drinks and delivered them. The food all in all was excellent! If you are having an operation at Harefield don't worry you are in VERY good hands.”

“Absolutely fantastic staff, extremely helpful and supportive in every way possible. Couldn't ask for anything better. I live in Windsor and I don't go anywhere else for my animal care. Plus the prices are more suitable to us as a family. They also focus on the animal welfare and medical conditions and have in the past been supportive to me and let me arrange a payment plan due to my circumstances. And preformed surgery on our dogs which has been extremely good . And we are so grateful they were able to help dogs due to the extreme pain they were in. Very much appreciated and very pleased. 100 per cent never use any other places as had bad experiences with rude staff and completely rocket prices that I couldn't even think about. Alex and Cleo very passionate and patient with everyone and everything they do. It's great and I feel at total ease and confidence and in safe hands with pets. “Lived there for 4 months and enjoyed each bit of my time there. Ideally located hall, just a few walking steps away from grocery shops, pizza and kebab shops and bus stops leading to Uxbridge high street and Heathrow airport. The rooms inside the hall are pretty spacious and well equipped with a modern looking kitchen that includes cabinets, oven and electric stoves.”
