● Open“We stayed here for the ABBA Arena, as it was an easy taxi ride there and a much better area to stay in. The DLR station into the centre of London is a 4 minute walk from the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was very good and the staff were all friendly. We found the price to be very reasonable and we even got a room upgrade on arrival!”

Good number of parking spaces. Outdoor picnic area is particularly nice spot to get out on the lawn and enjoy the sunshine in summer. Reasonable options for purchasing evening meals and the option to use the self-catering kitchen which is well equipped and clean. Lounge with cosy sofa and easy chairs and a delightful wood burning stove!”

The only disadvantage of it is that a chocolate is £4 and if you want a flavour, it's an additional £2. For a small cup of hot chocolate £6 is too much compared to other big brand coffee stores, but the taste of chocolate was nice.”

A fair priced hotel in a good location in regards to the hospital, straight away i was given a very friendly warm welcome from the owner/manager who you can tell wants the best for his customers and i can really respect the effort he puts in to make sure everyone is happy. Ive got the double room which is perfect for what i need, all amenities which you require for a short stay. Cleanliness here is nothing to worry about as the cleaner does a superb job. Beds are comfy and the bathroom/shower is clean and welcoming which isn’t usually the case in small independent hotels with affordable rates. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in this area or staying over night to do a parexel study, this is the place to stay, better supporting the locals than the big chain around the corner.”

● Open“I stayed in Apartment 13 (one bedroom) for a few nights in August 2019. What a great apartment! It was clean, modern bathroom, basic kitchen facilities - everything you needed for a short stay! There was even a laundry available to use on the ground floor. The check in and out process was so easy. You get a message the day before with a door code and then your keys are waiting for you in a letter box inside the building, you just drop your keys back here when you leave. There are several deadlocks to the apartment door making the apartment very secure. Yes there is no lift and depending on which floor your apartment is on you may have to walk up a few flights of stairs - but it is the same for all apartments in this area. If you are wanting a lift you either need to choose another location or increase your budget and stay in one of the hotels in the area. I had no issues carrying my suitcase up the stairs. The location was fantastic for exploring London. It was walking distance to Regents Park, Paddington and Marble Arch. Edgeware Rd station was a five minute walk. Paddington Station a ten minute walk which was perfect for jumping on the Heathrow Express to get to the airport. Plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarkets within walking distance. I was more than happy with my stay here. I think the apartments are reasonably priced for the standard and location. I would not hesitate in recommending these apartments and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to London.”
