I am a regular customer and I always ask them how they tolerate so much rudeness from people. the coffee is very good. I just have to walk through the door and they already know what to prepare. I have read comments here that they are rude. but I have seen situations where they are literally disrespected and they hold their own. “The branch of Cafe Giardino at Centrale is quite big. There is a sitting area inside the cafe as well as the outside seats in the middle of the shopping centre but that area closes in the afternoon. I liked the selections of fillings and bread selection.”

“There are lots of branches of Caffe Nero about but this one is located inside House of Fraser. If I didn't pop into House of Fraser I would not have discovered it. The selection of cakes and pastries are quite good. There is a cold drinks cabinet for non coffee drinkers.”

“My wife moved to Croydon two years ago and use this shop everyday. There is a constant flow of people all day in this store and can get very busy at times, especially lunch time and rush hour. The staff are lovely and they seem to genuinely get Along with each other. They have a reasonable amount of stock and always handy that they are open until 11pm.
