"I visit your croydon North brunch. There was only two staff one of them was serving other one was talking on the phone. I ordered medium latte way of your staff done the coffe was rubbish nothing like latte l tasted it wasn't right. I took it back to till all your staff said it is coffe and milk what do you expect. I asked to be changed he change it no apology nothing he done it same it is still not very nice. I paid £ 3. 50 for nothing. Not happy at all. Staff are unprofessional."

"My order was taken quickly soya latte coffee is normally really good but having it served in the tall glass as I was drinking it in Costa cooled the coffee too much (luke warm 8n fact). Next time I will ask that the cup be warmed up first using the steamer before pouring the coffee in or I should have just asked to have it in my insulated takeaway cup which I carry with me anyway. I know next time. Lesson learnt."
