"Haven’t had any issues here before but purchased this salted pretzel hot chocolate today for £4.15 and the cup was only half full! With the lid not fitting in the cup properly. Wish I checked inside the cup before I got back to the office. The vegan focaccia sandwich was nice though. Not happy that I spent £4.15 and half a drink ."

"Im a big fan of starbucks, this visit has started to make me rethink. I got my two young children a ham & cheese toastie and when I ask if it could be cut in half I got answered "got to do it yourself, here's a knife (wooden)" My gingerbread latte tasted burnt which wasn't great."
