“I booked an appointment at Lyons from the recommendation of a friend, who couldn’t praise the staff and store enough. I was greeted by the store manager who made me feel very welcomed. Georgia was very helpful and her knowledge and expertise of the products was second to none. The store had a great selection of watches and I was encouraged to try them on. For me it is important to be able to see and try the products you are interested in. Overall a very relaxed experience in the store, it was a pleasure to interact with the friendly staff (Sachin and Rush) Hope to be back soon”

“Just took a car lock back to Halfords West Wickham that my 86 year old mum brought, as it came without keys or instructions. The lovely lady at the till offered to replace it immediately and then was really helpful checking that my mum could use it due to the arthritis in her thumbs. My mum had been quite stressed about taking it back so the kind service was a great relief for her. Thank you!”

“It's s good showroom and has very friendly, helpful and patient staff members. Easy to order. Plenty of parking spaces outside. Inside the showroom, the lighting is not great and hard to see some samples properly, but they sent me samples for peace of mind.”

“IKEA store arranged over 2 floors with everything you come to expect. Even at busy lunch times there always seem to be somewhere to sit and the tables are cleaning very carefully between each guest. Somehow they have managed to keep the price of food reasonable despite inflation in Summer of 2022. The toilets are well maintained and the staff very helpful. Overall a first rate experience.”

Often times there are promos ongoing encouraging you to buy two pairs for a good discount. I've bought school shoes for my children and work shoes for myself and last autumn I got a good deal on Timberland style boots and bought two different coloured pairs... They're still kicking it!”
