"Very unprofessional company providing false information on their websites about products and manger of Thornton Heat branch should learn how to deal and contact with all customers. Today I wasted 4 hours of my time driving in to the garage for an appointment that been booked a week ago. Unfortunately when I arrived and have a quick chat with the member of staff, I been told that they couldn’t deal with my car because the tyres that I order are out of stock. Complete I cannot understand why for whole week I didn’t get any voicemail, sms or email from this branch about any cancelation of my appointment or to contact them regarding my booking. Now I need to wait up to 5 days to get my money back. REF: 1878390 NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE. TIME WASTERS!!!"

"This is the second year of returning to this garage for my MOT. The staff were well mannered, professional and made me and my daughter feel at ease during the time we was waiting. At many other garages I have previously felt uncomfortable or that I didn’t trust what I was being told however at this garage I did not feel this way. I think they have great customer service and want to try and help in any way they can. The man who did the MOT was lovely. The assistant manager and the manager had brilliant customer service ensured that everything was being dealt with correctly. I was in the branch waiting and during that whole time they did not stop and was rushing around doing different things, answering calls, changing tyres etc far from lazy or unbothered staff that I have seen in the past. They equally ensured I was given the best price for the work I needed done and fully explained to me what was wrong and what I needed. Great service. Really good garage. Highly recommended especially from a single mum who finds it very difficult to trust garages!"

"Took my wife’s car for its mot and was delayed by 20 minutes due to skip lorry blocking the bays due to extension work being carried out. The man on reception was very helpful and courteous but unfortunately the mot tester was the complete opposite. He carried out the mot and came back in and I said good or bad news to which he replied it failed because of high emissions. I said that’s odd because it was never mentioned last year and there were no signs of excess smoke etc. He advised me to drive it down a motorway or add a fuel additive designed to help emissions, he then said I am not allowed to drive this dangerous car on the road to which I replied so how can I give it a blast down a motorway (no reply ) I went home and researched on the internet and noticed people saying engine temperature can affect emissions on diesel engines, mine was tested after less than a mile journey and was still cold. I drove the car for 15 miles and went back to the mot centre and he retested and the car passed with flying colours ( no additive used). I said to him would temperature affect the emissions test to which he replied your car is hot, I said it wasn’t first thing this morning when you tested it . He mumbled something and gave me the pass certificate. Bottom line is he is a very rude mot tester who has limited mechanical knowledge, I will never use ATS again for my mot and this man who used to work at the Brixton branch is a complete and utter idiot."
