It was a difficult and traumatic extraction but the procedure was carried out with sympathetic gentleness and patience by Dr Mohammed who explained exactly what the procedure entailed and what I should expect at every stage. I will also need some other treatment in a few weeks’ time but Dr Mohammed, together with his very kind dental nurse, was so good with my fear that I actually feel able to return for further treatment with confidence. I absolutely recommend this practice with it’s calming ambience and pleasant staff.”

“I have been to this dental practice twice for 2 emergency appointments referred by 111 i am always really anxious about going to the dentist , i had a root conel done to my tooth and i was at stage two in so much pain it was unbearable the manner and the professional staff was amazing and ive honestly got to say they are the best i saw the same dentist on both my appointments with 2 months apart and she was able to work with patience and guide me through each stage of what needed to be done and made sure i was feeling claim because doing anything to my tooth , they are the best im so happy with them and would like to say a very big thank you to all the staff there as i managed to get home with the minimum pain were as before i arrived there with the worse pain i could not even begin to describe, if i could give them 10 out of 10 i definitely would and plus if i was able to register with them i would but unfortunately i live out of the area they work all night long till late hours and i think they deserve a lot more then they actually get once again thank you so much to tonights team you were all very helpful and wonderful ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

They fitted me in when I could be available and Aled's methodical work process gave me instant confidence he was doing the best job possible so I could try and relax and let him do the 2 x 2hr sessions needed. I might not have needed as much work had I gone for a check up sooner so moral of the story (and of course probably common sense) is go when you dont think you need it rather than wait till you know you do! “The Dental Care that I receive here has always been very good. They very much put the patient first. I was included in the treatment plan when I had my filling replaced, they had the local anaesthetic on stand by but didn't end up needing it. I did fall asleep in the chair while they were working which gave them a bit of a shock but that's how un painful it was, and that's how calming they work. They were more than happy to answer and questions I had.”

“Having had many bad experiences in a dental chair as a child/young man I was very worried about even making an appointment. When I rang to make the appointment the staff were very helpful, efficient and personable, this helped put me at ease. The care I then received was so much better than any other dental experience I'd had. I had to have a filling replaced and a tooth removed as another old filling had come loose and become infected (it was the second molar from the back). I felt next to nothing from the injections and the actual treatment was completely painless. This was yesterday at 4pm, my jaw was a little tender this morning but now I honestly can't feel any pain at all, it is only 24 hours later. I'm a 50 year old who is only now happy to have already booked a check up for 6 months time after going to the dentist just 6 times in the last 32 years.”

I had 3 seperate appointments to deal with failed fillings and new areas of decay.The dentist (Pritesh Mistry) and dental nurses were very professional and put me at ease throughout. Treatment was painless which is quite amazing given the nature of the treatment. The Dentist highlighted the importance of flossing as I was showing signs of gum disease and he recommended I attend a dental hygienist. I have had several appointments where Danny has completed a thorough check of my mouth and replaced a number of old fillings. I have also had in-chair tooth whitening - which was excellent. Most importantly though was the jaw analysis that Danny carried out which helped me realize that migraines and facial pain that I had been experiencing for months was caused by my irregular bite and TMJ. Danny made me a mouth guard which within days started making a difference to all of my symptoms and almost a year later I am very happy to say that I am migraine free. Danny is very honest about the work that needs to be carried out and all charges are discussed with you beforehand and you only choose to do the work you feel is necessary.
