Colin has been exceptionally thorough in his investigations and completely put my mind at ease. He is excellent at listening to patient concerns, explaining why they might be experiencing issues and identifying solutions. Colin has shown great care and compassion throughout my investigation and the issues I experienced. He is in general much more knowledgable than any other dentist I have been to. “Dr Abhilash Soni was recommended to us when we moved to Twickenham 2 years ago. He took care of my wife and me for 'classic' treatments as well as for more complex treatments such as the placement of implants and crowns. Doctor Soni is an extremely competent and very professional dentist who listens to patients. Calm and reassuring, he explains what he is doing without stressing you out. Attentive, empathetic, he knows how to understand your needs and expectations. His whole team is at the top, from the reception to the people who assist the doctor. “Dr Alisa has taken such great care of me over the last few weeks, since I found out that I needed a crown (something which had originally filled me with a bit of dread!). Alisa is so kind, professional and diligent, coupled with being an absolute perfectionist , all attributes that I value highly. I have found it incredibly hard to find dental care of her standard anywhere else, so much so that I travel all the way from Essex for my appointments! Very happy with my new crown and looking forward to having my teeth straightened in the new year. “I have been using Ark for 3 years and always find them excellent. I have poor hearing but Greg always takes the time to explain any recommended treatment. He uses a new imaging system where he can show you the exact problem and what he wants to do to fix it which really helps me a lot. “Dr Sonal Patel is always very thorough and friendly with any check up/procedure. She explains everything before doing it and makes you feel at ease. I had a filling today and she made sure I was happy and comfortable with the overall feel and kept shaving more off until I felt happy with it. Would highly recommend. Prices can be high depending on what you have done but prices are rising everywhere and the general check up nhs fee is still reasonable.”
