"I wish I could read all of the negative reviews before I registered the practice! I never get so frustrated with a dentist practice before. This practice is very rude and unprofessional! They tried to put an almost 5cm wide of x-ray film into my mouth vertically and let me bite it completely! I cannot do that and it hurts so much, even tears coming out! Then they told me that I need to do an overall scan which costs 60 pounds more. But actually, at the first consultation, they already did several x-ray films and those pictures were useless for the diagnosis. They just keep doing it until you tell them stop. The x-ray film is 15 pounds each, for an overall teeth scan, you probably need 6 at least. So doing the math here, you will know why they prefer to provide that to the patients! This is the trick they play so that they can charge the patients every time instead of using an overall scan. I hope my review can help people make a wise choice next time. Just waste of money."

"Nobody likes dental treatment but this is as good as it gets. Everybody is very pleasant & efficient. I have been a patient for many years and had fillings & implants. Maybe I'm fortunate to be registered as an NHS patient but their charges are very reasonable. I trust the dentists to be excellent at what they do. There is plenty of car parking and the building is pleasant."
