“Lovely location. Great hotel. Marcel on reception was brilliant. Very friendly and informative. Relaxing areas were nice. Room was perfect overlooking the Thames. Pillows are a little lumpy but bed very comfy. Would happily stay again”

“Premier Inn Rainham, London (Weds 21st Sept 22) Whilst the hotel is slightly older and the rooms a little tired (old style Premier Inn) the service was excellent....Mikala on front desk very helpful and efficient. The Table Table (restaurant and bar) very good.....terrific service from staff for breakfast, clean and tidy (quick too). Thanks Julian”

“Went on the weekend for a birthday and I have to be honest, this was my 2nd time I've been. The 1st time I had such amazing food that I wanted to treat my brother for his birthday so took him there. Food was not great. The menu seems to have changed drastically since I went there last and the vegetarian/vegan options are all the same vegetables (cauliflower). We literally ordered everything off the menu that was available but when it came it all tasted the exact same. We weren't impressed with the food but having said that once I had mentioned this to the managers they were very apologetic and offered to re-cook the food but we kindly refused. We also cancelled the rest of our order as we had lost our appetite. They kindly comped the whole bill as they were really sorry we hadn't enjoyed the meal and were so kind by doing this. Although I've rated the food as a 3 star I'd give 10 stars just for the service. The venue is beautiful, amazing views and drinks are great. I'd definitely recommend and go back again on the basis that I'd like to think they will take on board my feedback and make some changes.”

“I don’t really write reviews but absolutely I am today I arrived this morning at 8.45 am was greeted by a lovely lady who made me feel very welcome, had a chat she was lovely and very polite and well spoken. Explain how was just popping in before was due on a first aid course, so nice not to be shoved in a corner with a coffee and left, she made me feel actually good about myself, I also returned at lunch time was greeted by the same lady, I’d like to pass on my thoughts that she was very sweet and took time with her customers x I will go back again great customer service x”

“oh my god!! The best groomer ever!! Andre was so good and professional, l have a very shy moyen poodle, 8 months, only been groomed once before, he was so gentle and took the best care of my dog. He also gave me a few tips and advice on training and dogs therapy, he was super prepared on all my questions. Everywhere l go, people compliment me on the cut and it’s also lasting very long, despite the weather. Thank you so much VERVE, we will definitely be back! Elena and Honey ❤️”

“Great location and not too far to drive to Heathrow airport. Busy roads around the hotel but we did not hear any noise from our room. Room was clean and comfortable for us as one night stay before we flew out the next day. Chargeable parking was not to bad. Lots of places to eat around the area.”
