"11am …recommended by kebab shop owner next door as I wanted a burger and he wasn’t ready . Cafe was empty and staff sitting around a table reading a newspaper. Asked for a cheeseburger… and was asked if I wanted chips too .. I accepted then paid £5 as I was parked nearby and had to move vehicle. Told them I’d be back in five minutes. Returned 10 minutes later and they had only just put food on … as if they were hoping I never came back …. Waited another 10 minutes and asked them to put salad in burger of which they hadn’t … I watched girl and old man pass sliced tomatoes by hand to each other from the fridge and even had to get a lettuce out to add to salad … didn’t get any onion just lettuce and tomato. Asked for fork before I left and was given a spoon … what goods that for your chips. The burger tasted funny and has left a funny taste in my mouth and was disgusting…. How a place like this ceases to exist is beyond me …. Don’t even bother !! Filth !!!!"

"Me and my friend got stuck in Leyton one night after losing my keys at a party. Found this cafe just as it started to rain, came inside for a bacon roll and a drink which were great! quality rolls and bacon not the cheap stuff people usually have. I asked the gentleman serving if we could stay in the cafe until our locksmith arrived. He said we could stay all day if we wanted! Very nice, Helpful staff that were kind to us when we needed it most! thank you guys!"
