"The shellac manicure was mediocre nothing special the lady wasn’t super friendly and definitely not helpful but nail salon staff in these place usually aren’t. Then when I went to pay she asked me to leave a personal item behind when I went to withdraw cash as they don’t take cards. For only £23 pounds. I was made to feel like a thief. Will not be going back maybe if they started taking card payments and not hiding their accounts from the tax ppl then maybe they don’t have to worry about not trusting their customers. From what I can see previous reviews don’t have much nice to say either."

"This was my first and last time in this shop, the service was appalling. For my pedicure the lady did not cut my nails like I asked her to, she then proceeded to file them down, why couldn’t she just do what I asked her to do?! My manicure with gel looks like it was done by a child. The colour spilled over onto my cuticles for each finger. I noticed this as she was painting them and genuinely thought she would clean them up at the end. Of course she didn’t, I had to ask her to do this 3 times, she tried her best but obviously once the gel is set it is hard to remove and eventually became painful on my cuticles. I asked for glitter on one nail, I didn’t get the colour I wanted, she kept telling me I had no choice. As it was my first time in the shop I didn’t realise they are cash only (dodging tax?). I only had my phone and keys on me. The young lady who I assume is the boss was very aggressive with me and demanded I leave my car keys or my phone behind whilst I withdraw cash. Her aggressive behaviour, raised voice, all the staff talking about you in their language was very intimidating. I was told due to “Christmas” I can only have one colour but they preceded to charge me an extra £3 for the glitter I had on one nail, because it’s “Christmas”- I’ll add this isn’t advertised in the shop. Wish I didn’t spend over £60 with them, ladies save your money and go elsewhere!!!!"

"Went in today for infill and gel polish as a finishing, my infill and gel polish was rushed amd finishing is rubbish! Wasted money. I am a nail tech myself the only reason I went in is because I have recently had a newborn and never have time to do my nails myself at the moment. Won't be going back"

"Needed a last minute appointment for my nails and Hang (sorry if I mispelled your name) let me come in 40 minutes before closing. Not only did I appreciate her service but she did an amazing job on my nails! The salon has a big selection of gel colors. I was VERY happy with how my nails came out. Everyone was very nice and it was a friendly environment. Will be going back again."
