Parking is better as we have the hour free from harrow council which makes a big difference. Maybe when the free hour is taken away, golds can make a deal of some sort to allow It to continue. Today is mother's day, I'm not even a mother but was greeted with this beautiful rose by staff!... Nice touch guys!... Happy member.”

This isn't a franchised gym, so it's certainly not comparable to the likes of 'pure gym' and 'the gym' which are, and so can spread out their costs a lot more liberally, so it's no use comparing. The best thing you can do as a user of this gym is take good care of it, the staff can't be everywhere across all floors at the same time, they trust the users to take care of it as well, so please do. Altogether, it's a good place to be able to go in, do your workout, and leave, no one wastes time here, everyone keeps moving, which is great.”

With the redevelopment though they have properly turned it around. New equipment, a free weights area miles better than the old one; two squat racks and space for dumbbells and deadlifts. I'm hesitant to give a good review cause it's nice having this gym to myself but I think the people working there deserve some recognition after all the bad reviews (which were deserved, the gym used to be basically derelict). Good work. Edit: one comment, get more 5, 2.5 & 1.25 kg weights. There's plenty of 10s and 20s but not enough smaller plates”
