"I had my consultation by the receptionist instead of an ACTUAL dermatologist expert who I was told would cost £150. It felt amateurish as I thought my skin would be analysed under special light or a microscope type of equipment but nothing to that level. I was given a few lazy amateur options and walked away feeling deflated as I was expecting a WOW feeling with positive options to treat my skin. Very disappointing. Also not made aware on the phone that if you want to change your appointment you would lose the £25 and pay a further £25 for the day you change ut to."

"Worst experience so far. The appointment was supposed to be for 40 mins or more considering it costed 25 pounds. The appointment lasted for 30 mins. Out of which 10 minutes she made me wait. The next ten minutes I filled out a form. The last ten mins she barely even inspected my skin. Didn’t remove my makeup just barely saw it. And recommended me to see my GP. I just spent 25 pounds for her to tell me to see my GP"

"Had two moles removed very efficiently and was advised to book to have the stitches removed on Thursday or Friday this week. I was advised this was important and it could be completed at a local sk:n service in Finchley. I am three phone calls into trying to book to have the stitches removed. Finchley has closed down. I have tried twice now to book the service in Ealing but absolutely no response. Aftercare is very poor."

"Came at 7:20pm to purchase a cream and did not let me in, I also knew which one I wanted so wouldn’t have taken long at all. The closing time online states 8pm. Gave a silly excuse! Maybe Update your times!"

She made me feel at ease as this was my first time getting a hydrafacial and I would 100% recommend this to family and friends.
