"I had travelled a long way to get to Bee Zee in Southall (2 hours) as I was familiar with the establishment having been only there for beauty treatments. The staff were friendly. When I had told the beautician what I had wanted... TWICE, once in reception and in the other in the consultation room she said fine. However did the absolute opposite!! I had to keep telling her how to do her job, which is very annoying. I would have gotten so much more done but I just couldn't bare how poor the quality of technique was. Now I'm stuck with something I didn't want and had to pay the full amount for something so basic that I could have done myself, seriously! I have had other bad encounters at bee zee before but I thought mistakes can happen. But today was the last straw for me. Never again. Really disappointed."
