"Very disappointed of Miss Lana , I had to request refund as she wasn’t profesional at all . Firstly she doesn’t state anywhere in Groupon that you need to do two session of Microblading which that means you need to Pay for another session . Communicating with her it was lame and before of my arrive she wanted me to buy numb cream that would cost £4 . Very lack of information and not professional at all Quite frustrating to go through this experience specially I was coming from 40 minutes driving ."
